Company and other entities formation

The AIRON provides as simple as it possible registration process for business entities in Hungary. We relieve you from all the administrative burden connected with the formation procedure of your company or branch office in Hungary. We are able to incorporate new limited liability company, partnership, branch of foreign company or joint stock company structured exactly to clients’ requests.

If you don’t want to visit us in Budapest, we can send you the documents to your country to be signed. In this case you need to certify the documents by a notary and maybe by Apostille as well depend on your country or you can give us notarized/legalized proxy to sign the documents on behalf of you in Hungary.

To file the new company we always need the original documents, therefore we are not able to accept scanned copies. According to the Hungarian Anti-Money Laundering rules, we have to collect more information about you beside the details needed for the company registration. As soon as we have to signed documents from you, we file them at the registrar.

The company and tax registration usually takes 2-10 business day if the shareholders and the directors are non-residents in Hungary.

The certificate of incorporation and all certificate issued by the registrar originally issued in electronic format only, but we can apply for paper copy of the certificates notarized and legalized by Apostille as well.
