Ready Made Company

If you would like to start, expand or relocate your business activities to Hungary you will certainly be interested in the possibility of acquiring of an already existing limited liability company. A shelf company is a general Hungarian KFT (limited liability company) that has already been incorporated and registered at the state and local tax authorities included VAT as well.

Advantages of ready-made companies:
  • they are registered at the Court Register but have not yet carried out any activity apart from legal steps necessary for their incorporation and registration,
  • they are free of any eventual claims or liabilities
  • they can be acquired and used immediately (the new directors may act on their behalf as soon as the general meeting approves their appointment).
The shelf companies share the following features:
  • announcement of general meetings,
  • organization of general meetings according to the clients’ requirements,
  • preparation of all documentation necessary for the realization of changes in the company,
  • preparation of contracts on the transfer of ownership interest or shares in the company,
  • acting on behalf of our clients before state authorities,
  • intermediation of legal services,
  • services connected with the registration of changes at the Company Court Register and tax authorities.

All our ready-made companies are available immediately and can be reserved for 3 days prior to receipt of payment. The registration process of the new members and directors usually takes additional 5-15 business days. The new corporate documents can be signed in Hungary at our office, but we are able to send you them to be signed in other countries.
